How You'll Help Us Connect the World

As the Senior Director of OEM Sales, as an individual contributor, you'll play a pivotal role in developing a strategic plan to build OEM sales channels for our North American Region (NAR) OEM-branded Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) products. This will be a collaborative effort with leadership, and your success will be measured by meeting assigned financial objectives, including achieving product/solution sales goals for assigned territories and accounts.

 

As the Senior Director, you'll be responsible for managing the complete sales process. This includes identifying new customers and opportunities, overseeing product development, executing contracts, and managing relationships with key customers. We're looking for someone who is proficient in sales, channel sales, strategic planning, negotiations, and project management.

You will collaborate with leaders within the CCS segment and other key collaborators to assess market opportunities and develop plans to meet revenue objectives. You will also develop recommendations for growth based on emerging market and customer trends.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the technology industry
  • Five or more years of validated experience in OEM sales development.
  • Ability to navigate complex situations with multiple stakeholders and be customer-centric, able to define market and customer needs and translate them into opportunities for CommScope.
  • Experience in the technology and connectivity space and market knowledge
  • Ability to travel 50%

 

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected total compensation  (base salary and sales incentive plan)  range for this position is $212,000 to $318,000.

 

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, three weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
