The IT Product Manager has complete ownership of the Sales Operations business product line (Customer Relationship Management - CRM and Partner Relationship Management – PRM) that supports the strategic digital needs of the company. The ideal Product Manager works with customers to build business cases, defines products, leads diverse, cross-functional teams to develop world class Lead, Sales funnel management, Case management, and Partner relationship management systems on Dynamics 365 and Impartner platforms. These systems will be one stop shop for Sales teams providing 360-degree view of the customer, effectively manage customers and partners, and lead revenue growth. This position ensures customer input into all product definitions, prioritizes and describes product backlog which reflects customer and user needs. Lead and develop a team of product specialists, solution architects, technical/functional SME's, and domain experts.


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with the team to translate the business vision into robust, intuitive products, develop the roadmaps and gain acceptance from stakeholders.
  • Manage the technical and functional configuration of the MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Impartner partner portal applications.
  • Lead the technical support team and develop the talent in functional and technical skills.
  • Understand business requirements and convert these to functional configuration or custom code technical specifications.
  • Configure the application to meet requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK.
  • Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM and other applications, such as Pricing etc.
  • Lead and own all product management functions in concert with business, development, program management, Infrastructure, and Security teams as well as customers, and partners
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies.
  • Estimate work effort and develop project work plans.
  • Engage frequently with the development team; facilitate discussions, provide clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions
  • Own and manage the product backlog; continuously order and prioritize to ensure that 1-2 sprints/iterations of backlog are always ready
  • Conduct customer and stakeholder interviews and elaborate on personas


 Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related curriculum such as Computer Science or other STEM major and 5+ years of related experience 
  • Knowledge of business processes in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
  • Knowledge in Windows-based and Web-based applications in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Visual Studio.NET using various Frameworks
  • Good knowledge of SQL Server
  • Experience in writing technical specifications documentation and estimating work efforts
  • Proven experience in leading global teams and working effectively in a matrix organization model
  • Strong communication skills; ability to develop partnership with cross functional teams and develop an inclusive & collaborative environment
  • Skilled in negotiation to align stakeholders and communicate a single synthesized perspective to the scrum team.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of the cloud environment and integration aspects


Preferred Skills

  • Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or Impartner  
  • Strong Knowledge of CRM development or integration best practices
