Sales Acceleration Internship:

This function, commonly known as Business Development, is responsible for creating Go-To-Market plans and executional programs to grow the business, often with new technology and markets. Our team uses a proven methodology with a six stage process to deliver programs to measurably grow our business across EMEA. We combine market insight from industry analysts, real-life data from the region, draw together multiple functions across our organisation to create and execute packages to measurably grow our business in both Networking and Infrastructure.

 

Description:

 

We are seeking an enthusiastic intern to join our Sales Acceleration team ready to learn more how to generate more revenue in a fast-paced environment. Our intern will be eager to roll up their sleeves and be passionate about people and technology across our EMEA region gaining exposure to multiple cultures globally. The intern will assist in developing programs, work with our leadership team in EMEA to deliver recommendations to drive our growth engines, conduct market research and liaising with analysts and customers, gathering insight from the field and analysing data and reports. This will be a valuable experience for anyone seeking a career in business analysis or sales and whilst the role is partly administrative, the goals is to give real responsibility to this team member in helping drive and deliver our team objectives.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Analyse our teams goals and objectives through the lens of CommScope and our customers, partners and technology
  • Conduct research and analysis with industry thought leaders, our channel partners and distributors, customers and our sales leaders
  • Help design and deliver structured programs working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to drive revenue and make recommendations for improvements
  • Help launch new initiatives and activities with stakeholders across the business including Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Sales Engineering and Channel Operations.
  • Assist in creating regular performance reports to account on success metrics
  • Assist in ad-hoc day to day tasks including presentation creation, stakeholder meetings and reviewing initiatives
