Title:  Access & Outage Coordinator

We are currently looking for an experienced Access & Outage Coordinator who can turn delivery activities into recognised revenue. Organisational skills and attention to detail are imperative. Having the ability to work independently with limited direction, communicate effectively with team members in various geographic locations and support the drive of on-site installation events to their dependencies & timelines.  


Responsibilities include:

  • To provide support to the Programme Manager and wider project team ensuring effective successful delivery in terms of Time, Quality (Right First Time) and efficiency
  • Deal with site outage requests within defined SLAs
  • Be an advocate of change and bring innovation to the team in all aspects of their daily routine.
  • Provide day-to-day support on project specific tasks to help turn delivery activities into recognised revenue
  • Generate and upkeep project management products/documentation
  • Weekly and monthly highlight reporting – internal and external
  • Management of inbound customer purchase orders (PO’s/SPO’s)
  • Prepare & issue in project variation quotations as required
  • Management of the on-site SoW variation process
  • Manage continuous improvement in projects as advised with the line manager
  • Ensure that the day to day EH&S standards are maintained across all projects
  • Comply with CommScope policies and procedures


Experience Required:

  • Working experience in a Mobile Telecoms environment 
  • Client facing skills 
  • Ability to stand and present to peer group and the Senior Management
  • Working under own direction towards project goals
  • Excellent MS Skills – inc. Excel
  • Travel and/or overnight stays maybe required
