CommScope's  global leading  Access network  solutions is expanding  the sales team.



We are hiring for an Sr. Account Manager  reporting into VP of Sales, you will be managing several key accounts in North America. You will use your existing relationships with key customer contacts and develop new ones at all levels and organizations at your customers. You will work cross-functionally to ensure that your customers’ needs are met and align with CommScope’s strategic goals and initiatives along with the direct and indirect revenue on your accounts. As the primary contact on the accounts, you are responsible for complete customer happiness, building and maintaining positive relationships.

You will identify the customer technical requirements, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities. Lead the development of short and long-term strategies for growing revenue, identifying new opportunities, and understanding additional revenue streams. Incorporating customer input to new product and solution development is critical.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in Sales or Strategic Account Management within the Cable / Telecom Industry
  • Experience calling on or selling to service providers, Telco, ISP or Cable MSOs.
  • Validated experience in running and owning multiple large customer accounts
  • Ability to develop and manage accurate forecasts
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to capture information and document and articulate findings to senior leadership.
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, ideally in a technical field
  • Ability to understand new technology at a high level, and articulate it to a large and diverse audience

Anticipated salary range dependent on experience and qualifications  which includes base + commission:$138,000-207,000.00
