Sr Manager, Corporate EHS

Vistance Networks is   recruiting for a Sr. Corporate EHS Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead and support our Environment, Health, and Safety initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in ISO compliance, Incident Management, Industrial Hygiene, and Environmental and safety compliance. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, creative problem-solver who thrives in a collaborative, multicultural environment and is comfortable interacting with regional and site-level teams.

 

How You'll help us connect the world:

 

  • Lead global EHS programs, ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations and compliance with the EHS governance framework, including ISO 14001 and 18001/45001 standards.
  • Coordinate external audits, oversee response management, and facilitate closure of action items.
  • Collaborate with regional teams and site leaders to harmonize standards and disseminate best practices; deliver EHS training and ongoing support.
  • Manage the EHS systems (such as Entropy, ENHESA, Chemwatch, HumanTech, Sedgwick), managing data migration processes as required.
  • Manage regulatory reporting, mandated public disclosures and generate monthly reports encompassing KPIs, incidents, actions taken, and permit status updates.
  • Manage occupational health and safety cases, workers’ compensation, and regulatory investigations. Enhance incident management protocols, emphasizing root cause analysis and corrective action tracking.
  • Direct industrial hygiene initiatives, including exposure assessments and control strategies.
  • Ensure environmental compliance, manage permitting and reporting requirements, and advance sustainability objectives across all operations.
  • Manage chemical and waste management programs for hazardous and non-hazardous materials.
  • Oversee emergency preparedness, response efforts, and incident management activities.
  • Conduct mandatory training, enforce protocol compliance, and perform required inspections (including those for lasers, first responders, and laboratory safety).

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related EHS discipline.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive EHS experience in a global or regional role.
  • ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 implementation or audit experience.
  • Proven experience in incident management, industrial hygiene, and environmental compliance.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficient in EHS management systems and data analysis tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
  • Ability to travel internationally as required (approx. 10%-15%).

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $87,400.00 -$111,500.00


The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
