CommScope is looking to add a Senior Service Provider Account Manager to join our Home Networks Management team. Our Home Network Management products simplify the delivery, management, and support of advanced subscriber services, helping you keep up with the steady stream of new devices and customer demands for more bandwidth, mobility, and choice.


The ideal candidate will be based in the Central or Eastern Half of the US.


How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the relationships within identified Accounts. Develop and implement customer-centric business strategies to expand the CommScope Home/CPE product portfolio, positioning CommScope as a strategic technical partner and inspiring leader.


Here, you will own the development of short and long-term strategies for growing revenue, identifying new opportunities, and understanding additional revenue streams. Accountable for driving a focused effort, identifying customer technical requirements, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities. Working with CommScope PLM and Technical teams. Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years experience in outside sales or strategic account management within Telecom/IT infrastructure products or services
  • Experience calling on or selling to service providers, Telco, ISP, or Cable MSO with experience selling software products. 
  • Verified experience in running sophisticated multi-decision maker customer account
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to capture relevant information and optimally document and articulate findings to senior leadership.


You Will Excite Us If You Have:

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree.
  • Experience selling software products such as cloud platforms, eco platform, etc.
