About the Role
We are seeking an experienced sourcing and supply chain leader to drive Broadband's Contract Manufacturing (CM) and New Product Introduction (NPI) sourcing strategy. This role will be instrumental in shaping supplier partnerships, enabling successful product launches, and supporting strategic business growth through a resilient and high-performing supply network.

What You'll Do
Lead Broadband's NPI and Contract Manufacturing sourcing activities.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities and long-range plans.
Drive supplier selection, qualification, governance, and performance improvement.
Partner with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Procurement, Finance, PLM, and S&OP teams to support successful product launches and supply chain performance.
Lead commercial negotiations, contract management, and strategic supplier relationships.
Develop and mentor a high-performing sourcing team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring
Significant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, NPI, or Supply Chain Operations.
Proven success leading sourcing strategies and supplier relationships for complex products or manufacturing environments.
Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive results through collaboration.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
-
Degree or CIPS certification in supply chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or related field.

Significant experience in Sourcing, Procurement, Contract Manufacturing, New Product Introduction, or Supply Chain Operations.

Proven experience leading sourcing strategies and supplier selection for complex manufactured products or technical product portfolios.

Strong understanding of contract manufacturing models, make-versus-buy analysis, supplier governance, and supply chain optimization.

Demonstrated ability to manage supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, lead time, MOQ, and responsiveness metrics.

Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working cross-functionally with PLM, Engineering, Quality, Operations, Finance, and S&OP teams.

Ability to lead, coach, and develop teams while driving accountability and performance.
Preferred:
-
Experience in Broadband, telecommunications, fiber optic products, connectivity, or related technology/manufacturing environments.

Prior experience building or transforming sourcing, NPI, or Contract Manufacturing operating models.

Experience with sourcing analytics, spend management, contract lifecycle management, and supplier performance dashboards.

Knowledge of cost modelling, should-cost analysis, total cost of ownership, and value engineering.

ERP, sourcing platform, or procurement systems experience.
