We have an immediate opening for the position of Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This is  remote  role that allows you to work anywhere in the US.

How You'll Help Us Connect The World:

Here, you will drive world-class financial reporting, analytics and growth strategies to the RUCKUS leadership team.  This position will report directly to the Director of Finance for the Ruckus business unit. It will have a dual role of FP&A and analytics, as well as project management for growth initiatives.  The ideal candidate will have FP&A experience with strong analytical skills and the ability to drive projects forward.  The role requires collaboration to work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Sales Finance, Sales, Product Management, Marketing and Operations.  Must be able to work independently and must have an inquisitive mind and drive to deliver results.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• A completed bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with four or more years of relevant work experience.
• Experience in developing OpEx annual budgets, conducting monthly variance analysis, and preparing rolling forecasts to support strategic decision making
• Advanced Excel skills and an ability to manipulate data in various formats, including demonstrable ability to use pivot tables, Power BI dashboards, slicers and formulas.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail, consistency, and quality control.
• High proficiency in meeting deadlines and working both independently and cross-functionally.
• Accomplished written and communication skills with the ability to perform multiple initiatives simultaneously and follow through on projects and pivotal initiatives.
• Proven track record in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), translating complex financial data into actionable insights for senior management to optimize operational performance.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems, SAP, and Hyperion/HFM or similar systems
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or Business Objects.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• A proactive rather than reactive nature
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to drive success

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range).

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
