Title:  Senior Director of Sales - Head of Verizon Account (Remote)

CommScope is looking to add a Senior Director of Sales to lead the Verizon account. This role can be based anywhere in the US, with preference given to those located in the Eastern Half of the US.

 

How You'll Help us Connect The World.

As the head of the Verizon account, we will look to you to own the CxO level relationships within this key account. This role will be in control of the development and implementation of customer-centric business strategies to expand the CommScope product portfolio, positioning CommScope as a strategic technical partner and inspiring leader.

 

Here, you will own the development of short and long-term strategies for growing revenue, identifying new opportunities, and understanding additional revenue streams. Accountable for driving a focused effort will be pivotal in this position and identifying customer technical requirements, presenting solutions, and closing opportunities is pivotal. Coordinating across global regions, working with local CommScope Sales and Technical teams.

 

Leading the engagement at CxO level within Verizon – regional and HQ and coordinating the executive level alignment between the companies. Here, you will find a collaborative culture that encourages authenticity and fosters inclusiveness. Push what's possible.

 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated ability in outside sales or strategic account management within Telecom/IT infrastructure products or services.
  • Validated experience calling on or selling to Verizon at the executive level
  • Proven experience in running a multi-million dollar customer account
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to capture relevant information and optimally document and articulate findings to senior leadership.
  • Confirmed expertise in account management and experience handling large strategic accounts.

Anticipated total salary range dependent on experience and qualifications: $220,000 - $400,000.
