The Senior SAP IBP Supply Chain Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing Global supply chain operations by designing and implementing end-to-end Analytics solutions. This position focuses on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall performance across the supply chain. You will need to come to our Richardson, TX office as needed.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of supply chain processes, S&OP, Power BI, SAP IBP, and Ariba SCC and experience in cross-functional collaboration with procurement, operations, NPI, PLM, logistics and sales teams. This role requires the ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality results within deadlines.
- Lead and manage Supply Chain projects, including SAP IBP and Ariba SCC implementation.
- Develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business goals.
- Create user-friendly reporting methods and assist in demand forecasting. Collaborate with stakeholders to align on goals and KPIs.
- Maintain supply chain metrics and reports for senior management.
- Lead initiatives to improve inventory management and supplier performance. Recommend technology solutions to enhance operations.
- Monitor market trends and best practices.
- Support S&OP processes and provide mentoring to the global planning team.
- Utilize AI tools for forecasting and process improvement.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field and three or more years in supply chain management
- Hands-on experience with SAP IBP,
- Experience with Ariba SCC Excel, SQL, Power BI, and SAP.
- Experience with supply chain metrics, dashboards, and process optimization.
- Proven ability to provide Analytics and Business Intelligence solutions, lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
- Solid understanding of inventory management, S&OP, and supplier relationship management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Initiative to resolve problems and adapt to changing priorities.
- Collaborative team player, capable of coaching less experienced members.
- Experience in a fast-paced, global supply chain environment.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
- Masters degree
- Experience working at a complex organization
- Certification in the supply chain, such as APICS or Six Sigma
Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. The expected salary range for this position is $78,000 to $97,000.
The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
