Title:  Sales Director, UK and Ireland

Due to continued growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Director to support our Infrastructure Sales Team and customers across the UK & Ireland.

What to Expect:


As Regional Sales Director, you will manage the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives, including achievement of product / solution sales goals for assigned territories and/or accounts.  You will be responsible for leading, coaching and counseling the sales contributors and managers in the field to achieve financial targets.

You will ensure that the appropriate resources are engaged to participate in all sales activities and close sales opportunities.  You will formulate, develop and implement business and sales action plans at the country and tactical level to achieve financial goals.  Ultimately you will be responsible for all regional financial goals and the ongoing development of the team.


You Will Make an Impact By:


  • Owning the revenue and demand forecasting, account planning and other tasks required to meet financial objectives.
  • Coordinate with sales contributors to assesses market opportunities and develop business plans to meet revenue objectives. 
  • Developing recommendations on growth, opportunities for growth and key target accounts.
  • Motivating and directing the sales team to support CommScope’s strategic sales objectives. 
  • Providing leadership, coaching and counseling for all associates in sales concepts, principles and practices. 
  • Overseeing the execution of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, to coordinating sales activities and required resources for solution development, negotiating and closing.
  • Keeping up to date on relevant driven solutions, products, and services.
  • Being a brand ambassador who is actively engaged in the industry and viewed as a thought leader and strategist.


Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • A minimum of 10 years of related sales experience.
  • Extensive strategic market and customer knowledge.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills enabling teamwork and clear communications.
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Self-starter with a consistent track record of success with the ability to work successfully in virtual and in-person teams.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills both verbal and written form.
  • Open to travel as required.
