RUCKUS Networks a CommScope BU is seeking a dynamic Senior Service Provider Account Manager to join our global sales team. This role focuses on driving growth by managing and expanding relationships with major Tier 1 Service Providers, particularly Verizon and Canadian providers.

 

The ideal candidate will be based in the Eastern half of the U.S., with a preference for New Jersey.

 

How You'll help us connect the world:

 

  • Leverage your expertise in working with large Tier 1 Service Providers to identify growth opportunities, build demand, and deliver revenue results within your assigned accounts.
  •  Manage and grow existing relationships, focusing on pipeline development, exploring new verticals, and competing for market share.
  • Drive sales across CommScope's complete RUCKUS Product Portfolio, delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Support team-based sales initiatives, collaborate with colleagues across product lines, and ensure seamless coordination across regions and sectors.
  •  Proven track record in managing large service provider accounts, a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, and a collaborative approach to driving growth across diverse portfolios.

 

Required Qualifications :

 

  • 8+ years of proven experience in sales and account management.
  • Expertise in building and nurturing strong relationships with existing clients while driving revenue growth.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wireless industry, with an understanding of current and emerging technologies.

 

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

 

  • A Master’s Degree (preferred) or a Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Prior experience selling within the networking industry.
  • Proven experience working with large Tier 1 service providers.
  • A track record of negotiating large, complex deals.

 Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $151,000.00 -280,000.00
