Title:  RUCKUS Territory Account Manager - Midwest Region

Ruckus Networks is looking to add a Territory Account Manager to our team.

 

The ideal candidate will be based in Minnesota or Wisconsin and will help to support our networking product portfolio.

Here, the focus is growing revenues within an install base and acquiring new accounts. This includes owning and coordinating all aspects of the sales cycle and maintaining and growing the customer base within the Midwest marketplace. Our most successful salespeople have a results-oriented spirit while acting ethically and transparently.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 5+ years related experience with experience supporting and participating in team sales initiatives where applicable by assembling and presenting pertinent information for assigned accounts.
  • A positive track record of maintaining and beating annual quota targets.
  • A proven self-starter, who is open to coaching and mentoring.
  • Validated experience working with IT and/or networking products with the ability to tap into technology

 

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.

 

The expected total compensation range (base + sales bonus) for this position is $138,500 to $207,000.

 

The Candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
