Our industry's Leading Customer Premises Equipment BU is expanding, and we are looking for a Product Management Director to join our growing team. The position can be based in any where in United States.  


How You'll help us to connect the world:


Manage, promote, direct, plan, and coordinate activities for specific product line and ensure alignment with related product line platform managers on the team to ensure that business objectives are accomplished within prescribed time frame and parameters within the scope of assigned customer/product responsibilities

Deliver on-time product launch(s) with ultimate accountability for product success by: Regularly interacting with customers to understand user needs and with multi-functional teams to understand platform capabilities and constraints

Creating strategy, technical requirements, and roadmap for product- Integrating feedback from market, customers, sales and other key voices into product through rapid prototypes.


Duties & responsibilities:


Lead Business PLM efforts for the Telco CPE business for North America Region and/or key Accounts.

Support/lead Global/Regional MSO Strategy for the Telco CPE business.

Partnering with the Sales team, drive new business opportunities and account strategies to profitably increase market share for Telco CPE solutions.

Ensure all revenue commitments to the business are achieved, working closely with Platform Product Management, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Sales team, Supply Chain and Finance.

Lead Product Roadmap communications and training with Sales teams and Customers.

Capture all current and future customer requirements to ensure CommScope maintains an industry leading roadmap to drive growth at all key accounts.


Required skills


Minimum 5 years experience in the Broadband Communications industry

10 years preferred proven experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or Sales .

B.S Degree preferably in Engineering.
