Title:  Manager of Sales Development

Due to growth and customer demand, we are currently recruiting for a Manager of Sales Development to join our team in Charlotte, NC.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage Sales Development team, ensuring performance metrics are met, reps are trained and campaigns are executed
  • Effectively scale organization through the development of repeatable processes, playbooks & metrics.
  • Build and own department Scoreboards/Leaderboards/Dashboards for consistent trending of metrics to identify gaps, opportunities and priority planning.
  • Create sales campaigns, blitzes and plays to accelerate result and reward high performers
  • Ensure the best new hire experience and training including new hire training/playbooks, mentors, etc.
  • Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads
  • Assist and communicate with Inside Sales leadership in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation
  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A completed Bachelor's Degree with 2 plus years of experience leading teams preferred
  • Significant and proven experience in building and maintaining best in class inside sales or other high performance teams - you are probably a coach or mentor in your fee time
  • Sales experience in a global organization that has experienced exceptional growth
  • Proven success in leveraging CRM’s to drive sales and effectiveness
  • B2B outward bound sales environment experience
  • Demonstrable track record of sourcing, hiring and onboarding new talent
  • Track record of not only achieving results but exceeding them
  • Strong background in building partnerships with account management and other sales teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts
  • Proven ability in the use of Microsoft office, to deliver professional client communications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel and internet/phone presentations.
  • An understanding of IT infrastructure would be advantageous
  • A human approach with strong ability to relate to people and communicate effectively at all levels
