Title:  Key Account Director / VP - France

Due to continued growth and customer demand CommScope is looking to add an experienced Global Key Account Director or Vice President to our European sales team, you will be located in France with the ability to travel as required.

This is a strategic high profile role where you will be responsible for positioning the entire range of Commscope products and services, while leading the key account planning cycle and ensuring the client's needs and expectations are well understood and met by Commscope. The Key Account Director / VP will lead strategic planning and account management for the overall success of Commscope’s relationship within the account.


Success will be measured by strategic and tactical leadership and oversight including the financial performance. The primary focus of the role will be articulating and executing a strategy and to develop relationships with executives and decision makers in order to successfully and profitably grow Commscope’s business. This key position reflects and emphasizes a strategic objective set forth by Commscope to substantially grow profitable revenue and establish strategic partner status in the account. This role reports to the SVP of Key Account Management, EMEA & APAC.

Required Qualifications For Consideration:

  • 10+ years related experience working with major service providers and their partners.
  • Accomplished account management and business development skills operating at C suite level within large multi-national corporate environments.
  • Outstanding stake-holder management and presentation skills with a solid technical understanding of the telecom service provider and service delivery sectors.
  • Experience owning the full sales cycle.
  • Ability to establish and nurture positive relationships with existing customers and grow existing revenue streams.
  • Confirmed enterprise sales experience with a deep understanding of enterprise sales methodology.
  • High energy and passion, with a strong dedication to exceeding expectations.
  • Carry a high aptitude of social intelligence and commercial awareness.
  • Global travel as required.

  • Have an established network within the Telecom Service Provider sector.
