CommScope’s RUCKUS Networks is looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven Director of Web & Digital to join our global marketing team. What to Expect:

As the Director of Web & Digital for RUCKUS Networks, you’ll lead the end-to-end strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital ecosystem—including RUCKUS.com, our partner portals, and integrated digital marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for enhancing our online presence, improving user experience, and increasing engagement and conversion across all digital touchpoints.

This role works closely with cross-functional teams spanning marketing, product, sales, and IT to ensure digital initiatives are aligned with brand objectives and business goals. You’ll also manage a team of web, content, and digital specialists to deliver performance-driven solutions that reflect the innovation and reliability RUCKUS is known for.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market trends.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across all channels including web, SEM, social media, and email.
  • Manage and oversee the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, lead generation, SEO and conversion.
  • Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and generate actionable insights to improve ROI and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and creative to ensure content strategy follows cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Manage digital marketing budget, vendor relationships, and tools to maximize efficiency and impact.
  • Manage the Partner Portal to enable engagement and revenue growth
  • Occasional hands-on involvement in content creation, including copywriting, design, and multimedia assets to ensure brand consistency and engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of digital marketing specialists and content creators.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on hands-on execution and strategic planning.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and optimizing websites, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • The ability to interpret and share data insights with the business stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, content, and user experience.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.

The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
