We're now hiring a Business Development Manager role to explore business opportunities in Europe and drive HELIAX profitable growth.

This role is based in the UK, working remotely. You will need to be able to travel up to 25% of the time throughout EMEA and, occasionally, global sites.


How you’ll help us connect the world

You’ll be key in driving our HELIAX business growth, building on your expertise in product management, business analysis and channel partner go-to-market. You’ll handle the development and implementation of strategies in new accounts and uncharted vertical segments to drive our products into new markets.

This role will lead and implement business development initiatives in Europe, Middle East and Africa markets (EMEA). Collaborating with a diverse cross-functional team including members of Engineering, Product Line, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, you’ll enjoy an environment of continuous learning, growing your knowledge base with new technologies, and applying that knowledge to build solutions to drive growth for our customers and your product lines.


You’ll make an impact by

Supporting pre-sales activities, including articulating the value and benefits of our product portfolio through technical discussions and presentations in a trusted advisor capacity, and providing hands-on support for customer lab qualification, integration, and deployment.

Conducting research and market analysis to find and generate business growth opportunities and collaborating with CommScope sales team to develop strategic partners in the region.

Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to manage the product roadmap to meet the market demands


Required qualifications for consideration

  • 8+ years of combined product management and business development/technical sales experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field desired, or equivalent gained through working experience
  • Full professional proficiency (C1/2) in English is crucial. Additionally, the ability to speak European languages, especially French, German or Italian would be an advantage
