We’re now hiring an Account Manager in our market-leading DAS & Small Cell business unit, covering Switzerland. This role can be done from home, with travel throughout the country to meet customers required and occasional visits to our Balsthal site where our technical teams are based.

 

How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

Reporting into the DACH Regional Sales Manager you will be the sole Account Manager in Switzerland with autonomy in maintaining and growing your customer base.

You will be responsible for selling CommScope products, services and solutions to customers in the wireless in-building domain (Mobile Network Operators, System Integrators, Neutral Hosts) with focus on DAS, Small Cells and Passive Components used in Commercial, Private and Public Safety Networks.

 

We are looking for someone to fully run the sales in Switzerland, to prioritize and manage customers relationships for the entire sales cycle, to define the appropriate sales strategies and to develop CommScope’s positioning coping with the local market’s needs, trends, and dynamics. You will be able to select, qualify and recommend distributors, new types of customers and business models to achieve continued growth in the assigned Country and support company’s financial objectives.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 3+ years related experience working within the mobile network environment (i.e. Mobile Operators, Neutral Hosts, Private Networks Operators and System Integrator) with understanding of wireless communications and radio access networks
  • 3+ years sales experience with a deep understanding of B2B and solution selling methodologies, OR 3+ years in a technical telecom role with an appetite for sales
  • Full business proficiency in German/Swiss German & English is essential. Additionally, French language skills are advantageous
