Due to growth and customer demand we are currently recruiting for an Account Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington.

 

JOB SUMMARY: 

Individual contributor field sales role on a territory sales team, responsible for selling company products & solutions into a particular territory or region.  Coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales/solution sales goals. May recommend selection and development of certified installers and other customer types in respective region(s) in order to achieve continued growth in marketplace and support achievement of company financial objectives. Minimal travel is required. 

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:

 

Primary Contact / Style of Contact:

  • Develop, grow, and maintain sales and management of customer relationships at all levels within this region.  Engagement of appropriate internal resources as necessary, to support sales efforts.
  • Proactively plan and execute sales activities in respective region by routine visits, customer training, providing new information on products and solutions in order to maximize results from strategic sales activities. 
     
    Primary Job Focus: 
  • Manages the ongoing account relationships, maintains account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel.  Coordinates the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales/solution sales goals.  Demonstrates significant expertise in assigned product lines and ability to explain technical issues.  Has a broad knowledge of the entire product line.  
     
    Job Accountabilities:
  • Understands customer’s business, technology, and product requirements and appropriately matches solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Develops and provides revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other related administrative tasks associated with this position.  Provides management with reports and information to inform management of sales progress and success.   Achievement of Sales Quota.  
     
    Role in the Sales Process:
  • Executes the complete sales cycle; inclusive of prospecting, identifying, qualifying, alignment of partners, proposing, closing, delivery, and administration of warranty to end customers.  Must be able to develop a sales strategy, present a solution based on customer needs, and close the business. 
     
    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma with 5 - 8 years of related Sales experience or Bachelor’s Degree with 2 - 5 years of related Sales experience.
