Title:  Account Manager - Mobile Network Operators

As an Account Manager, develop and maintain ongoing account relationships with end customers, installation (contractor) partners, and distribution partners. Maintain account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnel!!

How You'll Help us Connect The World

Coordinate the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned objectives, including the achievement of product sales goals. Explain technical issues to customers in assigned product lines. Analyze customer business, technology, and product requirements and propose custom-tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Develop, grow, and manage relationships at all levels within the region. Engage appropriate internal resources to support sales pursuits. Proactively plan and direct sales activities in the respective region by performing routine visits, conducting customer training, and providing information on new products/solutions to develop existing and new customer relationships.

Execute the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying sales leads, coordinating sales activities and resources for solution development, and negotiating through the close. Perform revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, meeting planning, and customer inquiry follow-ups to grow financial objectives. Provide information and weekly status reports to management of sales progress and success. Use appropriate sales messaging to favorably influence the selection of products, services, or solutions in targeted accounts. Domestic travel required up to 30%.

Must live in NJ/NY area

Required Qualifications for Consideration

5+ years sales or sales engineering experience working within or selling to a Tier 1 mobile operator

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or Economics or equivalent experience

•    In-depth understanding of technologies and business dynamics associated with DAS and Indoor Small Cells.
•    A track record of success, working with Mobile Network Operators, In-building Services firms, and Neutral Host customers in the defined geography (i.e. established relationships).
•    Self-driven individual that is motivated by working with customers to understand their business objectives and developing solutions to achieve those objectives.
•    Experience selling into complex environments with multiple decision-makers and influencers.
