Job Overview

Setup and maintain training system. Focus on new employee’s orientation training and operators on line skill training to improve operator skill and product quality level. Organize and coordinate training course for internal customer.


You Will

  • Allocate trainers and ensure training requirements are met.
  • Responsible to develop training content and maintain training system.
  • Maintain related training records and certifications.
  • Provide immediate performance feedback to the trainers.
  • Responsible for new employee joining, orientation, training, certification and periodic recertification.
  • Responsible to develop effective training plan for each family of products.
  • Responsible to develop and implement cross functional training schedule to improve flexibility of the workforce
  • Responsible to coordinate external training requirements with Training Manager.


About You

  • Preferably with Diploma or Degree in related curriculum such as Engineering with 5+ years experience in training.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office software.
  • Strong communication skills, good written/spoken English.
  • Preferably with TTT certification
