Specialist III, CPI Training

1. Training & Development

• Develop and deliver training programs on Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other CI methodologies
• Facilitate workshops, simulations, and hands-on improvement events
• Create training materials, SOPs, and e-learning modules
• Coach managers and frontline teams on CI tools and problem-solving techniques

2. Process Improvement

• Identify process inefficiencies using data analysis and root cause methodologies
• Lead Kaizen events and cross-functional improvement projects
• Implement waste reduction, cycle time improvement, and quality enhancement initiatives
• Track KPIs and measure improvement impact

3. Change Management

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement
• Support departments during transformation initiatives
• Mentor CI champions and Green Belts

4. Data & Reporting

• Collect and analyze operational data
• Develop dashboards and performance reports
• Present improvement results to leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in process improvement or operations engineering
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt/Black Belt preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in training or facilitation

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of ERP/MES systems
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Minitab, Power BI)
• Project management experience
• Strong communication and presentation skills
