As a Specialist – HR Shared Services, you will play a key role in driving data accuracy, reporting excellence, and automation within HR operations. This role will focus on Employee Central (EC) reporting, data analysis, data audits, and continuous process optimization using automation tools to enhance efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Audit and validate personnel and organizational data changes in Employee Central, ensuring data accuracy at source.
- Maintains a case tracking system to keep record of transactions of all requests raised with HRSS
- Own and deliver regular and ad-hoc Employee Central (EC) reports, ensuring high accuracy, consistency, and timeliness.
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Perform end-to-end data audit activities within Employee Central to ensure integrity, compliance, and alignment with global standards.
- Identify data discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions through structured audit mechanisms.
- Drive automation of recurring HRSS activities using tools such as Excel macros, workflows, and reporting automation solutions.
- Continuously identify opportunities to eliminate manual work and improve turnaround times.
- Standardize, streamline and documentation of processes to ensure scalability and consistency across regions
- Prepare and issue employee and employment-related letters.
- Support HR projects by providing data insights, testing support, and reporting validation, training.
Skills Required
- Knowledge/experience on HR processes, policies and procedures of different regions is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (including macros), Power BI, and data visualization tools
- Strong expertise in HR reporting, data analysis, and data auditing techniques
- Experience working with SAP SuccessFactors / Employee Central reporting and data structures.
- Proven ability to design and implement automation solutions within operational environments.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive insights.
- High attention to detail with a focus on data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Effective stakeholder communication with ability to translate data into business insights.
- Focus on continuous process improvements
- Willingness to rotate schedule, as needed.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration with specialization in HR.
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in human resources with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience of working on SAP SF Employee Central / ERP software / HCM system.
- Hands-on experience in Employee Central reporting, dashboards, and data audit frameworks preferred.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel including macros, including formulas, reporting, analytical, and data management functions.
