Job Title: Operator I

General Summary:

To produce, assemble and pack various parts in accordance to MPS, production orders, specifications and store them by using a pallet truck in correct storage locations.

Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):

1. Self-inspection of products by signing quality verification records to verify that they meet customer requirements.

2. Retrieves components from designated areas and sets up work area, moves completed work to assigned locations.

3. Follows MPS at each stage of assembly for each customer.

4. Responsible for keeping and maintaining department records of all work completed for future reference.

5. Responsible for using proper Tooling’s, equipments and fixtures.

6. Responsible for identifying overspray of paint on interfaces and reflectors. And reject if outside acceptable specs.

7. Responsible for performing all the required checks as per the MPS and Production order.

8. Responsible for setting up the Test equipment.

9. Responsible for checking Return loss of the Feed.

10. Responsible for packing the Antennas using the correct procedure.

11. Responsible for printing different labels for various customers through SAP.

12. Maintain the safety stock of all non-inventory consumables.

13. Responsible for department 5S and safety. Also, general maintenance of machinery.

14. Perform other relevant duties as required by the Facilitator/Management.

Job Specifications:

Education – ITI or XII (vocational preferred)

Experience – 2+ yrs

Skills – Various equipment operations, use of different tools and fixtures, material movement equipment
