As a Manager Procurement, you will lead the strategic sourcing and procurement of MRO supplies, ensuring our facilities run seamlessly and cost-effectively. This is a high-impact role where your expertise will drive efficiency, innovation, and long-term value across the organization.

How you will help us connect the world.

• Lead Procurement Strategy: Oversee end-to-end procurement of MRO supplies, aligning with business goals and operational needs.
• Vendor & Supplier Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring quality, reliability, and competitive pricing.
• Contract Negotiation: Secure favorable terms through strategic negotiations and pricing agreements.
• Cost Optimization: Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, and ensure timely replenishment to avoid operational disruptions.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with maintenance, operations, and finance teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Policy Development: Establish and implement procurement policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
• Performance Tracking: Measure procurement KPIs and report on cost savings, supplier performance, and operational efficiency.

Requaired qualification and skills for considered. 

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field.

• Experience: Preferably 10+ years in procurement, with significant exposure to MRO environments.

  • Market analysis & cost optimization
  • Supply chain management

  Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement software
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills

  • Proven track record of cost savings and process improvement
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills
