Due to continuous growth, CommScope is looking to hire Engineer, Maintenance to be based at our site in Goa. The candidate will be responsible for maintenance of production equipment and should be ready to work in shifts. This role also includes setting and executing PM schedules, breakdown maintenance, setting up new machinery / new lines, keeping track of engineering spares.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment within their scope in optimal condition at all times.

• Regularly Maintain & Update Autonomous, Preventive, Predictive maintenance procedures & Plans. 
• Breakdown support by diagnosing and repairing machinery.
• Lead & Conduct RCAs for repetitive equipment issues.
• Equipment upgrades & Modifications.
• Manufacturing Project management & ensure that all installations meet safety and quality standards
• Spare parts development
• Provide regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and recommendations for improvement.

Continuous Improvement

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Maintain 5S standards at workplace

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor/Diploma degree in engineering with minimum 5-7 years in maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Cable manufacturing equipment (Fiber & Copper), critical assembly operation.
• Troubleshooting Electromechanical equipment (Continuous manufacturing equipment).
• ABC/VED Analysis
• RCA & FMEA
• Proficient in Auto cad/ Draft-sight (2D Drawing software) 
• Vibration data analysis
• Gearbox repairs, hydraulic & Pneumatic System troubleshooting
• Understands Power & Control system drawings
• Troubleshooting of Control Systems

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Knowledge of SAP, SolidWorks, AutoCAD & Installation of industrial equipment.
