Title:  Coordinator, Facility

Position Title - Facility - Coordinator

General Summary -

Person who will assist update utilities data entry, maintaining documents and PM records etc

Provides support for making Ereqs, follow up with vendors, maintaining 5S of Utilities etc.

Duties & responsibilities -

  • Daily data entry of Energy, water, LPG, Diesel consumption.
  • Keeping Track of environmental testing as per statutory norms.
  • Keeping track of internal orders for Capitalization purpose.
  • Making Ereq, shift schedules etc.
  • Maintaining records of all invoices and Submission of same to receiving dept .
  • Making work permits.
  • Maintain 5S of Utility area as per standards
  • Statutory documents filling as per instruction
  • Maintain preventive maintenance records and updating the same.
  • Should be well versed in Excel, word, power point
  • Tracking payments of vendors with finance department
  • Coordinating with vendors for timely receipt of Materials/Services  
  • Maintaining of utility spares /housekeeping spares.
  • Planning of HSD and water on daily basis
  • Making monthly reports of utilities i.e. Electricity, diesel , water etc.
  • Getting prerequisites ready for Sunday /shutdown jobs
  • Preparing cheque request/DD by coordination with finance departments
  • Keeping track of AMC services with vendors
  • Follow-up with procurement for PO.
  • Any other works related to Facilities assigned by Supervisor

Education Qualifications & Experience-

Graduation with 2 to 3 years of experience in related field.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Records maintenance- Soft & hard copies
  • Good communication skills
  • Coordination with vendors for materials / service
