General Summary

Design, develop, implement, document, and administer network technologies to deliver global data, voice, and video services to Company users and authorized third-parties.

How you will help us connect the world.

• Monitor and administer network systems, including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, voice, and video systems.
• Perform root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation of network events.
• Deploy network solutions and respond to network incidents and change requests.
• Coordinate resolution efforts and prepare reports.
• Plan, build, and implement network projects.
• Update documentation and network standards.
• Perform duties as requested by management.

Required Qaulifaction for consideration. 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in Network Administration.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring tools, preferably SolarWinds.

• Demonstrated competencies in Network Administration.
• Ability to work independently and in shifts.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Advanced certifications (CCNA, CCNP) in Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, checkpoint firewalls, security, servers, and BGP routing protocols.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
