You Will Make an Impact By

  • Key person to handle customer inquiries, quotation, order sheets, price requests, customer forecast, deliveries, returns, customer visits, to offload sales team’s day to day operation so that sales can focus more on the new business acquisition.
  • Extract and summarize the backlog and shipment data with Excel
  • Expenses Entry and Consolidation
  • Presentation Preparation for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Event Co-Ordination & Management; Liaise with Suppliers & Event Managers
  • Providing weekly report of business pipeline and funnel from the system; ensure the forecast is accurate.
  • Consolidating weekly business reports from regional partner managers
  • Assist in Travel arrangements, appointments, boardroom and hosting, and invoicing.
  • Assist in pre meeting preparation for all sales staff
  • Follow up on lead generated through digital marketing campaigns and pass appointments to appropriate staff


You Will Excite us If You Have

  • Diploma or Degree in any field; Minimum 3 years’ experience with administrative, support experience
  • Fluent in reading and writing in English. Listening/Speaking can be fair level.
  • Background in sales office and good working knowledge with Microsoft products (Word, excel) and possible Salesforce experience but not mandatory
  • Any experience in mobile industry is plus. Need an eagerness to learn our products and technology to serve the customer better.
  • Experience in channel, marketing or programs support will be an advantage
  • Preferably from IT/Manufacturing industry or fast paced environment
  • Multitasking capability and resilient under pressure.
  • Meticulous and organized, able to prioritize and balance work among managers you will support
  • Self-starter, can work unsupervised
  • Willing to cover a wide range of tasks from office admin (paying bills) through to some cold calling.
  • Willing to learn and receive coaching via on the job training from Sales and SEs
