Title:  Engineer, Application

The Application Engineer will provide technical, hands-on expertise to support new business opportunities for HELIAX products (including coax and fiber). Collaborating with regional sales team, marketing team and local partners, offer technical support for profitable business growth. The Application Engineer will utilize a consultative approach with all major wireless operators to support their individual connectivity needs and expand HELIAX market penetration

• Deliver professional customer presentation to create awareness, generate interest, and cultivate customer desire for HELIAX product lin
• Participate in joint or independent customer visits and take a lead role in product specification; communicate with customers to learn requirements and be involved in new product planning
• Provide technical support for customer trial, product demonstration and marketing events
• Develop and maintain a high level of market knowledge, technology trend and competition
• Provide technical product/application training as needed by regional sales team
• Collaborate with sales, engineering, and PLM team to create the product roadmap

Education / Experience

Bachelor degree in Engineering or Science

5+ years experience of combined product management, sales or Engineering
