RUCKUS Networks is hiring a Staff Software Engineer who will work closely with our team in Taipei!

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing RUCKUS One, a cloud-based platform designed to manage millions of online devices while processing high-throughput telemetry data in real-time. You will leverage microservices architecture and cloud technologies to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions. Your role will involve developing, deploying, and optimizing microservices, ensuring they meet the demands of large-scale enterprise environments. You will work across multiple teams, contributing to cloud architecture decisions and driving platform innovation. Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• 6+ years of software development experience with Java, Golang, J2EE, or Web Services
• Expertise in microservices architecture and hands-on experience with GKE, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or similar)
• Proficiency in Spring, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, and Elasticsearch
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native technologies, distributed systems, and high-scale architecture
• Hands-on experience with Linux-based cloud development and container orchestration

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Experience developing cloud-native SaaS solutions, particularly with large-scale device management or telemetry data processing
• Experience scaling systems to millions of users using GCP, AWS, or other cloud platforms
• Familiarity with Linux networking, API development, and cloud-based infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in English
