How You'll Help Us Connect the World

The Senior Staff Software Engineer will have the responsibility of crafting and developing Ruckus Cloud and on-prem network management products. This includes working at different application layers, implementing cloud-related project duties, and providing hands-on technical support as needed. The successful candidate will be able to build readable, maintainable, and reliable code and test cases. They will be involved in making decisions on cloud platform characteristics, architecture, and content. Additionally, the candidate will provide support across different areas of work to help resolve issues. They will handle their own project priorities, deadlines, and work. Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• With 8+ years in software development with Java/Golang/J2EE/Web Service
• Thorough knowledge of microservices architectures. technical proficiency with containers, Kubernetes, GCE, GKE, and AWS
• Experience with Spring, Spring Integration, Spring Security, Spring Cloud, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis, and ElasticSearch.
• Excellent knowledge of design patterns
• Hands-on experience in developing Java/Golang applications on the Linux platform
• Familiar with Git

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Experience in developing large scale web application
• Experience with building Cloud vendor agnostic SaaS products with desirable experience in WI-FI and networking industry.
• Experience with a system that scales to millions of users in a cloud environment like Private cloud, GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.
• Familiar with Linux Networking related knowledge
• Possess in-depth knowledge of developing APIs and services
• Excellent communication skills in English
