Team Leader I, Production

This role is responsible for leading production line operations, ensuring process compliance, product quality, and on-time delivery. The position plays a key role in managing shopfloor activities, driving team performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
1. Lead daily production line operations to ensure output, quality, and delivery targets are met.
2. Manage production process discipline and ensure all activities follow standard operating procedures.
3. Allocate manpower, arrange shifts, assign daily tasks, and monitor production progress.
4. Identify, handle, and escalate production abnormalities in a timely manner.
5. Drive 6S implementation and ensure compliance with safety regulations on site.
6. Perform routine equipment inspection and ensure proper usage and maintenance.
7. Provide training and coaching to team members, especially new hires, to improve skill levels.
8. Maintain good employee relations and foster a positive team environment.
9. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as productivity improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
1. College degree or above.
2. Prior experience as a production line leader or team leader in manufacturing environment preferred.
3. Able to work in shifts and adapt to fast-paced production environment.
4. Strong sense of responsibility and execution capability.
5. Basic computer skills, able to complete production reports and documentation.
6. Able to read and understand work instructions or basic technical drawings.
7. Good communication and coordination skills.
8. Familiar with safety and production management requirements.
You Will Excite Us If You Have:
1. Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly environment.
2. Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement).
3. Basic English reading ability is preferred.
