In this role, you will support site operations in Suzhou, China by contributing to cost, delivery, quality, and overall performance objectives. You will collaborate with cross‑functional partners across multiple organizational levels to resolve issues and achieve business targets. You will also work closely with global category and commodity teams to ensure sourcing strategies are aligned with overall supply chain objectives, while proactively identifying supply risks and developing current and future sources in support of long‑term strategy.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

1. Operating purchasing KPI target set up and implement.
2. Purchasing cost controlling; quality coordination; suppliers management and performance evaluation.
3. Operating purchasing procedure compile/optimize/improvement/monitoring for best performance.
4. Project annual cost saving and target on category/commodity/project basis in align with company strategy, develop cost saving plan and action of purchasing team, ensure plan implement to reach target.
5. Continuously identify opportunities within commodity/category for raw material optimization, sourcing low cost sources of raw material per new supplier approval procedure of company.
6. Maintain positive working relationship with supply base and lead the regularly scheduled Business Reviews with suppliers. 

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Materials Management, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience
2. Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in a manufacturing environment
3. Demonstrated experience managing purchasing KPIs, including setup, tracking, and execution
4. Proven ability to manage purchasing costs, supplier performance, and quality coordination
5. Experience developing and implementing annual cost‑saving plans at category, commodity, or project level
6. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify sourcing and supply risks
7. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
8. Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal

2. Strong negotiation skills across price, payment terms, and lead times
3. Hands‑on experience optimizing or improving purchasing procedures and processes
4. Experience driving raw material optimization and sourcing from competitive supply bases in alignment with supplier approval processes
5. Ability and willingness to travel for business as required
