Principal Engineer, RF

Due to our continued growth and customer demand, we are hiring an RF RD Engineer who will be based in Suzhou to support the Outdoor Wireless Network (OWN) business segment, which supports the backbone of outdoor cellular and Wi-Fi systems.
How You'll Help Us Connect the World
- Be responsible for antenna design and development, including antenna simulation, testing & tuning, as well as test data analysis and reporting.
- Use innovative methods to provide novel and patentable solutions for new antenna designs.
- Lead discussions on technical topics with Production Line Manager to ensure the real needs of the market and customers.
- Work closely with our R&D centers in US, China, and India.
Required Qualifications and Experience for Consideration
- Preferably 10+ years related experience with Bachelor’s in related curriculum such as Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology(preferred) or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
- Preferably 8+ years experiences with Master’s in related curriculum such as Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology(preferred) or Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering.
- Preferably 10+ years of working experience in base station antenna design.
- Expertise in Base Station Antenna industry. Very familiar with the technical development trend of base station antenna, such as low loss feeding network, high performance elements and antenna structure.
- Excellent problem-solving capability and can provide innovative solutions for low loss feeding network or high-performance elements.
- Proficient in simulation software such as HFSS, CST, MWO, AutoCAD or DraftSight, etc.
- Learning on the fly with clear sense and logical thinking.
- Being initiative & responsible & drive for results.
- Can work well with colleagues and willing to help others.
- High Integrity.
- Good communication skills, including written and spoken English.
- Good planning skill is a plus.
Must Have:
1: Microwave/ wireless communication background
2: Strong theoretical knowledge of antenna design
3: Be familiar with the simulation software
4: Related experience on design and development of antenna or other module (such as diplexer, phase shifter, etc.).
Good to have:
1: Project management ability
2: MATLAB or Python ability in antenna design
