Due to continuous growth, CommScope is seeking a Planner based in Suzhou, China. This role focuses on supply planning execution, including MRP analysis, demand and supply coordination, and inventory management, to support stable operations and material availability.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

• Analyze MRP results and manage the full purchase order (PO) lifecycle, including release, expediting, de-expediting, and cancellation.
• Develop and maintain demand forecasts, and convert demand signals into supply and capacity plans for Contract Manufacturers and internal operations.
• Collaborate with the following cross-functional teams to identify revenue opportunities from start to completion: Supply Planning, Distribution Planning, Operations, Contract Manufacturers, Product Line Management, Customer Services, Sales, Procurement, and Finance.
• Analyze and coordinate inventory targets at both global and plant levels.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) activities in collaboration with Engineering, Sales, and PLM teams.
• Lead excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory management activities
• Build reports related to forecast/inventory and operations relevant to current business requirements.
• Support other planning-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in supply planning, material planning, or production planning.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

• Experience with SAP and reporting tools such as Business Objects (BO).
• Experience working in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
