HR Specialist, Training

General Summary:

Based on company’s staff development strategy and requirements of business to analyze training needs and coordinate training programs. Responsible for design, development, and implementation of training and professional development programs.

 

Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential Functions):

  • Develop and maintain methods for conducting organizational and individual training needs analysis.
  • Develop training programs to address organizational and individual needs on non-technical, professional, and leadership development.
  • Improve/modify current training programs by measuring the effectiveness through testing, feedback surveys and evaluation tools.
  • Provide reports on training efforts and effectiveness
  • Establish relationships with outside vendors and professionals to deliver training programs according to needs.
  • Conduct training on areas of soft skills as needed.
  • Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
  • Liaise with other functional/departmental managers to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of staff training and development objectives, purposes and achievements
  • Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
  • Work as the contact window with TM team to implement global talent management projects/programs
  • Administration of Global Learn Centre.
  • To perform any other duty as may be assigned by the Manager as required.

 

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree above, major in Human Recourse is preferred
  • 3-4 years of professional HR experiences in training function.
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.
  • Be familiar with Microsoft Office software
  • Presentation skill
