As a Supplier Quality Engineer, you will support the management and continuous improvement of supplier and contract manufacturer quality performance. Your work helps build a reliable and resilient supply base that supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World:

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting and continuously improving supplier and contract manufacturer (CM) quality performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to resolve material and process issues, develop new suppliers and CMs, and support data center (DC) quality reporting, claims handling, and new product or process introduction activities.

This position plays a key role in ensuring product quality, manufacturing reliability, and continuous improvement across the supply base.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:

•Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering or related fields.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in supplier quality management, including process and technology.

•Strong knowledge and practical application of PFMEA, SPC, DOE, and MSA.

•Proficient in quality tools such as TQM, 8D, Poke Yoke, Kaizen, and etc.

•Familiarity with ISO9000, TL9000 quality systems, CSR system and product/process development.

•Good verbal and written communication skills in both Mandarin and English.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:

•Experience in the passive optical communications industry and familiarity with manufacturing processes such as CNC machining, molding, or sheet metal fabrication are beneficial.

•The role may involve travel frequently within the APAC region as business needs require.
