Title:  Engineer , Electrical 电源设计


  • Lead the development of new technologies and capabilities for power conversion, transmission, distribution on Wireless Base Station product offerings by analyzing system requirements and needs to be translated into existing and new products. 
  • Develop electrical system requirements into projects related to Base station power electronics, energy storage systems and etc. 
  • Join multi-disciplinary project teams and provide power system analysis expertise in areas such as real-time modeling, simulation, network modeling, system analysis, protection, transient stability analysis, and economic evaluation.
  • Guide analytical work to define, meet or exceed customer expectation. 
  • Participate in the development and identification of technology, product and service opportunities. 
  • Effectively communicate research results by preparing written reports and making presentations describing analyses performed, solutions developed, and value obtained. 
  • Connect the organization to the latest technology developments and trends.  
  • Demonstrated awareness of competing and disruptive technologies. 
  • Contribute to proposals on Wireless communication Marco Cell Power solution businesses as well as Small cell power solutions.



  • Bachelors' Degree and above in Power Electrical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in electric power systems or related field .
  • Demonstrated power system engineering experience in the following area: 
  • System integration of Power electric.
  • Power Transmission or distribution system planning and optimization.  
  • Control and communication technologies. 
  • Power system Protection and stability.  
  • Impact of novel and intelligent devices on power systems.


Desired Characteristics:

  • Detailed understanding of Wireless Macro & Small Cell power system. 
  • Experience with alternative energy and distributed generation, e.g.  Base Station AC-DC rectifier, RRU DC boosted power sources, 1KW and higher power rating.  
  • Experience in control theory with a focus on control algorithms for power or energy systems. 
  • Familiarity with power systems analytical tools, such as MATLAB, PSpice, PSCAD etc. 
  • Global mindset & customer focus.
  • Entrepreneurial inclination.
