How You'll Help us Connect The World

1．Bachelor's or master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Materials Science or a closely related field

2．Three or more years experience in Reliability, Design & Development, and cavity filter& active RF Product Testing field

3．Be familiar with related test instruments, such as Network Analyzer, Signal Generator, Power Meter, Spectrum Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, DAQ card which are preferred

4．Familiar with reliability testing relative industry standards, EMC/EMI or CE Mark, FCC and UL & SGS certifications requirements are strongly desired

5．Electronic systems, components and/ RF & PCB and PCBA performance testing experience is required

6．LABVIEW skills, Filters, RRU, RFPA and Repeaters field testing and failure analysis experience is strongly desired

7．Knowledge of at least one Reliability Engineering technical competency and familiarity with related disciplines such as Design of Experiments, statistical analysis methods, failure rate prediction (MTBF)

8．Strong interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in and lead cross functional teams, accomplish tasks through influencing others and coordinate resources to meet customer expectations

9．Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, in English and Mandarin with a variety of internal and external customers and/or suppliers

10．Knowledge of and experience using basic statistical tools (esp. MINITAB) to analyze, summarize and present data in an understandable format, and good understanding of Quality tools like 8D, FMEA, Root Cause analysis and issue follow up skills.

11．Proficiency with Microsoft Office and being able and willing to routinely create test plans, document test reports and deliver presentations on findings is critical

12．Able and willing to travel approximately 15% of the time

Required Qualifications for Consideration

1．Participate DfR (Design for Reliability) activities for Filter project teams to assure acceptable risks for both CommScope and customers.

2．Considering the Business given target date, plan and conduct Design Validation, Product Qualification and On-going Reliability Tests for Filter products developed and manufacturing in global variant sites - documenting findings thoroughly and promptly.

3．Participate in multiple design teams for FMEA and risk assessment, test plan defines and schedule draft.

4．Participate in cross-functional teams for Failure and Root Cause Analysis, cost reduction and new supplier & material/part introduction.

5．Coordinate and practices with other CommScope groups and resolve conflicting resource requirements

6．Test procedure maintenance and improvement in coordination with Global and Europe team

7．Analyze field reliability data to identify areas for improvement.  Document findings, and work with engineering to help determine actions.

8．Participate in customer onsite witness testing if requires.
