Duties & Responsibilities

 

  • Be responsible for mass recruiting for hourly employees for China area by choosing recruiting channel, selecting resumes, carrying out interview, etc. to ensure timely and effective recruitment.
    负责中国区批量作业员招聘,选择合适的招聘渠道,筛选简历并参与面试,以确保招聘的及时性和有效性。
  • Be responsible for shift employees recruiting, such as technician, Inspector and so on.
    负责其他轮班员工的招聘,如技术员,检验员等;
  • Be responsible for collecting recruiting data from web site, Labor Agency, etc., making record and then help to analyze the effectiveness of each recruiting channel.
    通过收集招聘网站、人才市场等招聘数据,分析每个招聘渠道的有效性;
  • Conduct Hourly Employees and Salaried Employees hiring from interview to on boarding.
    负责新员工从面试至上岗的所有雇佣流程;
  • In charge of related HR reports.
    负责相关的人力资源报告;
  • Be responsible for documents supporting, such as internal transfer, promotion, demotion, etc.
    负责内部员工调动,升职等书面文件整理与归档;
  • Other HR projects and activities assigned by Manager.
    主管安排的其他任务;

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • Bachelor or Associate Degree required.
    大专以上学历,本科优先;
  • More than 1 year working experience on recruitment in multinational companies.
    一年以上大型制造企业招聘经验;
  • Good command of written & spoken English.
    英语水平良好;
     

 

SKILLS REQUIRED 

  • Experienced in hourly recruiting, familiar with hourly recruiting channels.
    作业员招聘经验,熟悉作业员招聘渠道;
  • Good communication skills.
    良好的沟通技巧;
  • High senses of responsibility and accountability.
    高度的工作责任心;
  • Microsoft Office skills must, prefer SAP experience.
    熟练使用office办公软件,有SAP使用经验更佳;
