标题:  Supervisor, Procurement

This Role provides work leadership and coach team to achieve the target. Works with the site Operations team and global category/commodity team to ensure that strategies are aligned. Develops both current and future sources of supply in support of the overall supply chain strategy.

How You'll Help us Connect The World

  1. Develop strategy with global and site team.
  2. Operating purchasing procedure compile/optimize/improvement/monitoring for the best performance.
  3. Operating purchasing KPI target set up and implement.
  4. Purchasing cost controlling; quality coordination; suppliers management and performance evaluation with score card implemented.
  5. Project annual cost saving and target on category/commodity/project basis in align with company strategy, develop cost saving plan and action of purchasing team, ensure plan implement to reach target.
  6. Continuously identify opportunities within commodity/category for raw material optimization, sourcing low cost sources of raw material per new supplier approval procedure of company.
  7. Maintain positive working relationship with supplier base and lead the regularly scheduled Business Reviews with suppliers.
  8. Analyze and assess the adequacy of our supplier base for each category and to develop additional sources of supply that meet the cost, delivery, quality and NPI requirements.

  10. Some travel will be required with this role.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

  1. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Material Management, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  2. 6+ years category/commodity sourcing and management experience in manufacturing company.
  3. Ability to partner and work cross-functionally with multiple levels of the organization to resolve issues and achieve targets.
  4. Extensive knowledge of category/commodity under area of procurement.
  5. Excellent negotiation skill in respect of price, payment terms, lead time and consignment
  6. Strong leadership and team management capability, and goal orientated.
  7. Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience desirable.
  8. ERP Experience (SAP preferred), perfect English level & Excel skill.
