We are seeking a Product Management Program Manager to own and drive the full product lifecycle—leading initiatives from Go-to-Market (GTM) through End of Sale (EOS) and End of Life (EOL).

In this role, you’ll bridge strategy and execution: aligning cross-functional teams, guiding product launch readiness, and ensuring delivery against market, customer, and business requirements. You will evaluate forecasts, supply chain dynamics, and market shifts to provide actionable insights and drive agreed-upon actions to closure.

This position is highly cross-functional, requiring strong leadership in coordinating Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Engineering, Channel, and Operations teams. You will serve as the key driver of product lifecycle execution, ensuring alignment to strategy and measurable business impact.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead and manage the full product lifecycle process from planning to retirement (GTM, EOS, EOL).
  • Partner with Product Management and Marketing to deliver launch readiness across internal teams, distributors, and partners.
  • Ensure all program management activities, deliverables, and communications are executed across global cross-functional teams.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements using data-driven insights.
  • Define requirements, establish schedules, identify dependencies, and manage program risks/issues.
  • Provide regular roadmap updates and ensure readiness for program kickoffs with Engineering and Product teams.
  • Escalate and resolve program issues while maintaining stakeholder alignment.

 

Requirements:

 

  • 8–10 years of experience leading complex product or program management in networking, data communications, or related technology.
  • Proven success in lifecycle management, including forecasting, budgeting, and delivering customer-focused outcomes.
  • Strong program management expertise with the ability to track multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Background in hardware/software product development and cross-functional execution.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Process-driven, detail-oriented, and action-oriented with a strong business sense.

BA/BS degree in a related field; advanced degree a plus

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $135,000.00-$190,000.00


The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
