Title:  Regional Account Manager - Outdoor Wireless Solutions

CommScope is looking to add a Regional Account Manager to our Outdoor Wireless Solutions Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be based in Northern California.


How You'll Help Us Connect the World.

This is an Individual contributor field sales role, responsible for selling outdoor wireless site solutions products and solutions into the Northern California and Northern Nevada territories.


This role will coordinate the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives, including the achievement of product sales/solution sales goals. Additionally, this role may recommend the selection and development of distributors and other customer types in respective regions in order to achieve continued growth in the marketplace and support the achievement of company financial objectives.


You are an ideal candidate if you have significant experience selling site solutions products (antennas, filters, transmission lines, power cabinets, structural steel, small cell components, accessories, etc.) to and relationships with Tier 1 and Tier 2 wireless operators, distribution, and general contractors.


Required Qualifications for Consideration:

  • 12+ years of related sales experience.
  • Results-focused with the ability to encourage and influence others as well as build trust and respect
  • A proven strategic partner development with an understanding of what customer success looks like.
  • Well-established territory sales experience working with wireless operators, distribution, and general contractors in the territory.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills - verbal and written – able to capture relevant information and optimally document and articulate findings to senior leadership.


Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance.


The expected total compensation range (base + sales bonus) for this position is $184,500 to $276,900.


The Candidate will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Sales Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
