How You'll help us connect the world:

 

As an Executive Assistant at RUCKUS Networks, you will provide comprehensive support to our Senior Vice President of Global R&D, Products and Vice President of Engineering playing a critical role in the success of our Product and Engineering Division . Your expertise, judgment, and organizational skills will directly support leadership in delivering the next generation of networking innovations.  This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our leadership team and advancing key company initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage complex, fast-paced calendars and priorities for the Senior Vice President and designated leadership team members.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including executives, board members, partners, customers, and employees.

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings and events across multiple time zones, including virtual, on-site, and hybrid formats; oversee logistics such as catering, facilities, and transportation.

  • Manage domestic and international executive travel with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Oversee administrative processes, including memberships, subscriptions, speaking engagements, procurement, expense reporting, and accounts payable.

  • Support special projects such as preparing presentations, managing space planning, and contributing to company-wide initiatives.

  • Draft and coordinate internal communications in partnership with leadership.

  • Collaborate with other executive assistants to ensure seamless alignment within the Product and Engineering Division and across the company.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 7+ years of executive administrative experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments.

  • Proven ability to manage heavy travel schedules and complex meeting coordination.

  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Experience in event planning and execution.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, SAP Concur and virtual meeting platforms.

Our salary ranges consider various factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skills, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with outstanding experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected compensation range $73,300.00 - $100,000.00
