RUCKUS Networks a CommScope BU delivers purpose-driven networks powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) that have been independently validated to outperform competitors. 

 

RUCKUS Networks is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director, Global Alliances, Ruckus Product Ecosystem to lead and expand our alliance strategy, building and managing relationships with 3rd party vendors to address the needs of key vertical markets. This role will drive innovation, market differentiation, and comprehensive solutions that enhance customer experiences and business outcomes.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Alliance Strategy Development:

Define and execute a global alliance strategy that builds a robust network of technology partners aligned with verticals such as hospitality, education, manufacturing, logistics, MDU, IOT etc.

Alliance and Partner Management:

Identify, develop, and nurture strategic relationships with 3rd party vendors to deliver integrated, complementary solutions aligned with RUCKUS products.

 

Go-to-Market Collaboration:

Partner with product management, product marketing, and sales to create joint go-to-market strategies that drive revenue growth and competitive advantage.

 

Solution Co-Development and Integration:

Lead co-development initiatives with partners to ensure interoperability, certification, and the delivery of tailored, customer-centric solutions.

Vertical Market Alignment:

Focus alliances on solving industry-specific challenges in priority verticals, enhancing RUCKUS’s value proposition with innovative solutions.

 

Enablement and Training:

Contribute to enabling internal teams, channel partners, and customers by providing education on alliance partners, collaborating with them, and producing training and enablement content to ensure successful partnerships.

 

Thought Leadership and Advocacy:

Represent RUCKUS Networks in industry forums, trade shows, and partner events, positioning the company as a leader in alliance-driven innovation.

 

Required Qualifications:

 

• Minimum 10-15 years in business development, strategic alliances, or partnership management within networking, technology, or telecommunications.

• Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and managing partner alliances that drive business outcomes.

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills.

• Deep understanding of networking technologies and key verticals.

• Proven strategic planning and execution abilities.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.

Ability to align cross-functional teams on alliance-driven goals.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for innovation and delivering holistic solutions

Our salary ranges consider a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to benchmarking by independent third-party consultants, skill sets, years of experience, training, education, geography, and other business needs. Depending on experience, the range can be higher for candidates with exceptional experience and a demonstrated history of successful performance. This position's expected total compensation (base salary and commission range) is $160,000.00-$240,000.00


The candidate will be rewarded with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, life and accidental death insurance, a 401(k) plan, and participation in the Company’s Incentive Plan. Candidates starting with the Company will be eligible for eleven paid holidays in a full calendar year, two weeks of paid vacation (prorated based on start date), as well as other leave options.
