Your duties will include handling PO changes, aligning delivery dates with demand, resolving exceptions, and maintaining accurate master data. Success in this position requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with SAP, SAP IBP, and ARIBA systems.

  • Verify excess forecast commitments in ARIBA and IBP, ensuring that vendor commitments are right-sized.
  • Implement supply lead adjustments based on actual performance, constraints, and risk, to align vendor forecasts with real needs.

Master Data & System Accuracy

  • Maintain accurate master data in SAP and IBP, including lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQ), lot sizes, source lists, and MRP parameters.
  • Verify ARIBA Order Confirmations (OC) and Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASN) for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure there are no past-due ASNs or OCs, escalate exceptions, and close gaps with vendors and forwarders.

  • Process EFA applications as needed and track their approvals.
  • Analyze SORD and open PO reports to identify shortages, risks, and required corrective actions.
  • Continuously realign POs based on analysis of excess inventory and open orders.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

  • Coordinate with vendors and forwarders to ensure timely shipment pick-up and delivery, maintaining compliance with Incoterms and booking windows.
  • Lead weekly meetings with vendors to review shortages, recovery plans, and the status of shipments.
  • Address vendor inquiries related to forecasts and PO changes, providing clear and timely communication.

Goods Receipt & Finance Support

  • Coordinate logistics to finalize goods receipt for delivered purchase orders and quickly resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review goods receipt status for invoices that are due for payment and proactively clear any blocks, such as those related to pricing, quantity, or ASN mismatches.

Business / Periodic Activities

  • Manage quarterly price changes in close coordination with Procurement team.
  • Drive quarter-end shipment tracking activities to support revenue milestones.
  • Create ARIBA B&I purchase requisitions for non-inventory materials as required.

  • Preferably at least five years of experience in a supply chain environment.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems, including SAP and SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning).
