How You’ll Help Us Connect the World

As a Product Management Intern, you will be responsible for supporting product research, competitive analysis, and roadmap development of RUCKUS AI as part of the RUCKUS Networks Business Unit You will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support teams to enhance enterprise networking solutions. This role will be based in Singapore

You Will Make an Impact By

• Conducting market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and emerging opportunities.
• Assisting in product roadmap planning by gathering and analyzing customer feedback.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop product requirements and define user stories.
• Engaging in customer interviews and product demonstrations to understand pain points and real-world use cases.
• Tracking and analyzing feature adoption rates to assess product success and inform future enhancements.
• Supporting the creation of product documentation, presentations, and go-to-market strategies.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Actively pursuing a bachelor’s (upcoming sophomores, juniors & seniors) or master’s degree in the following Business, Engineering, Computer Science from an accredited university
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and trends.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Have familiarity with networking concepts (Wi-Fi, switching, cloud technologies).
• Have familiarity with Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, GenAI, AgenticAI concept and its application in networking.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Show innovation through unique ideas and propose them to the team
• Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines
• Strategic and creative thinking; distinguished written and verbal communications skills
• Strong initiative; a self-starter with analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and flexible to changing priorities
